My Story
I had been in the telecom (large business PBX or I.T. Field) industry for 25 years up until 2010. in 2010, I was laid off and never looked back at the corporate environment. I had already been using "handyman" skills as I grew up learning from my worldly father and had a knack for being mechanically inclined. I was often repairing things for myself, friends and family. Soon after 2010, I began being a handyman for hire and started "San Diego Handyman".
My Motto
No job is too small, and none too large. So please ask, if you don't see something addressed or listed anywhere on these web pages or noted in my picture galleries. I won't take on a job I'm not 100% comfortable with, or that I can't provide a workmanship guarantee. I can always try and refer someone to do that specific job if it's not in my wheel house.
My skill set
I'm capable of vast projects from remodels (working with a general contractor*) to swapping out a garbage disposal, I can get it done for you. My hourly rate is reflected upon the actual work I'm doing, and ranges anywhere from $35 to $125 per hour.

I have plenty of references who can also give you a personal review of my work and it's quality or me as a reliable, honest and hardworking individual, if needed. Just ask! (I will not post customers numbers publicly - so please just ask).
Locations served
I am located in San Diego (Alpine specifically). But can and will travel to places like North County, South Bay, East County, Orange County, El Centro or up to 100 miles from my home. I charge by the mile for travel one-way and it's fairly reasonable.
